Order processing Deadlines

If all items in your order are in stock, orders placed before 2:30 PM (Sunday to Thursday, except holidays) will begin to process the same day. Orders received after the cutoff times will begin to process the next business day.


The shipping options available to you are determined by the contents of your order and your shipping address. The Checkout page will only display the shipping methods available for your order. Orders within UAE are shipped free of cost for orders over 250AED (Excluding VAT), below this there is a 25AED shipping and handling charge which cannot be waived off. Orders will be processed and delivered within 2 – 3 Business days.

International shipping costs are displayed upon checkout to your country. Please ensure you have all the necessary details filled in for it to give you the right shipping charges. All international orders need to be paid by PayPal or Credit card online.


Officemakeups.com prides itself on the timely delivery of your beauty products and so long as the shipment has not left our warehouse, the order may be canceled. Cancellations can be completed by contacting our Customer Service team via emailing us at officemakeups@gmail.com.
If the shipment has already left our warehouse, we won’t be able to cancel the order. However, if the order is canceled once shipped, such customer account will get blocked for future cash on delivery orders.


All promotions come with certain terms and conditions during its validity. Promotions cannot be combined with any other promotions.
We don’t do any cash giveaway promotions, kindly beware of such scams.
