Shipping Policy:

• Shipping fee applies on the basis of location. AED 20 for orders from all over UAE.
• Orders are shipped within 24 hours.
• Delivery is made within 24 to 48 hours in the UAE.

Return Policy:

All products purchased from our site can be returned within 7 days only if:

• Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.
• The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
• The received product(s) is incorrect or differed from the original order.

In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 7 days of the original order date. Please email pictures of the defective item to onlinesales@officemakeups.com or call at +971502516929 or +971555054858 within 7 days after order delivery in case to raise a dispute. Office Makeup team will look at each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties.

Once we receive the item our team will review the damage-once the dispute is settled fairly we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned or invoiced amount will be refunded to the buyer.

In case of exchange customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.

Discounted Items cannot be Returned / Exchanged.
